Summary: This is the first monograph on I Collazzi, a villa just outside Florence in the middle of a big farm. Built by the Dini family in the late 16th century, it rivals the Medici residences with its monumental proportions and the wealth of the stone used for it. The attribution to the painter Santi di Tito entailed an in-depth study of the architectural works designed by the artist.
